As our Senior Site Manager based in Chemnitz, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers and partners receive a first-class experience across and near the Chemnitz region, while managing the on-site team.

What you'll do here

• Accept all technical and organizational inquiries for all properties in the Chemnitz area and process them professionally with the team on site

• Be responsible for the project management of technical, sales and leasing business on site

• Plan, prepare and conduct all owners' meetings for the portfolio in Chemnitz in a timely manner

• Constantly acquire new management mandates for the Chemnitz area through various channels

• Represent Buena to customers and service providers on site

• Lead the on-site team, continuously motivating them and inspiring them to provide first-class service

• Manage and implement ongoing employee scheduling

• Provide monthly full scope reporting for the Chemnitz site

• Continuously drive automation and efficiency improvements through the implementation of various projects

• Manage the emergency hotline for tenants and owners and handle inquiries accordingly with the on-site team

• Monitor and control daily payment and receipt transactions

• Ensure site revenue by accurately recording additional services and invoicing accordingly

What you've achieved

• Team leadership or other relevant management experience

• Strong expertise in property management (SEV, MV, WEG) and underlying processes and services

• At least 8-10 years of professional experience in the real estate industry

• Garnered excellent communication skills

• Earned a degree or completed professional training in the real estate industry

• Very good knowledge in the operation of property management software
