As our Property Manager based in Frankfurt, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers and partners receive a first-class experience across and near the Rhine-Main region.

What you'll do here

• Accept technical and organizational inquiries for all properties in the Rhine-Main area and process them professionally with the help of our team

• Carry out and coordinate various administrative activities for the Frankfurt site (office management, digitization of data, etc)

• Plan and carry out appointments with external service providers

• Represent Buena to customers and service providers on site

• Be the contact person for all concerns of Buena's owners and tenants

• Manage the emergency hotline for tenants and owners and handle requests together with the team

• Drive automation and efficiency improvements through the implementation of various projects

What you've achieved

• Strong expertise in property management (SEV / WEG) and the underlying processes and services

• At least 2-4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry

• Garnered excellent communication skills

• Earned a degree or completed professional training in the real estate industry

• Strong interest in technology
