As our second Property Manager based in Berlin, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers and partners receive a first-class experience across and near the Berlin region.


What you'll do here

  • Support our support team with your industry expertise in their daily tasks to ensure the best possible service to both owners and tenants.

  • Work closely with your team to respond to even the most challenging requests to ensure the best possible customer experience at all times

  • Assist owners with the transfer and leasing process, as well as ongoing management, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction

  • Directly influence our product development efforts: This will involve you working specifically with our product teams and providing feedback on the current roadmap as well as new versions of our product


What you've achieved

  • Strong expertise in property management (SEV or WEG) and the underlying processes and services.

  • At least 2-4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry

  • Garnered excellent communication skills

  • Earned a degree or completed professional training in the real estate industry

  • Strong interest in technology
