About the role

  • This is a part-time opportunity, based in our beautiful Berlin Mitte office

  • Students are welcome to apply for this position :)


What you'll do here

  • Manage incoming mail and e-mail, distribute it to the right departments, and support us in general document organization.

  • Check and pay invoices and assign them to the right cost centers

  • Assist us in office management and process food orders


What you've achieved

  • Completed vocational training or advanced degree

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • You can do your best work in a dynamic team

  • Experience in startup, real estate or customer service is a plus
