If you're looking for a typical recruiting role, this is not for you. If you secretly read online marketing blogs, it might be. If you know you want to build a career around scaled people interactions - it definitely is. 

As we're by now looking after a significant number of real estate companies, all with different hiring needs all across Germany, your day-to-day here might resemble more that of an online marketer than that of a typical recruiter. Obviously you'll be doing direct sourcing and calling candidates - yet, running experiments on new channels and processes to streamline hiring will make up just as much of your day & night as hiring conversations. We're measured on the roles we fill per person, how fast we fill those, and whether we can retain our talent. 

Once you're part of the team, you're part of the team.

If the above resonates, there's a good chance, we want to have you on board. It doesn't matter whether you haven't run ads before, hired 50 people or worked in real estate. We care about how your best self operates:

Do you love reaching out to strangers and build relationships? Are you ok with traveling across Germany and working with Small Business Owners? Can you manage going from 0->1, meaning you can come up with a path yourself and test it thoroughly?

Strict Requirements:

1. Native German: For now, we operate in Germany. C2 German is critical.

2. Berlin, in-office: We believe in learning through osmosis and being together.

3. 6-months, starting in March or April 2025

From Application to Offer in 7 Days:

1. 15-min screening call to cover the basics.

2. Speak with Christian, our Recruiting Lead. Followed with a Q&A by a current Growth Fellow.

3. Final conversation with Jan (COO) about values, goals, and motivation.
