Recruiting Intern (w/m/d)

Buena acquires and digitizes property managers across Germany. To support our expansion, our Recruiting Lead, Christian, is looking for a Recruiting Intern that finds, interviews, and signs talent for our respective portfolio companies across Germany. You will be working directly with him and our COO, Jan.

Requirements

• Start date: Immediately. Ideally, you start working with us mid March.

• In-office: You will be working with our Operations Team from our office.

• C2 German: You must be fluent in German.

• Strong people interest: You need a provable interest in dealing with people on a daily basis. Backgrounds in Psychology, Education or Sales & Marketing are beneficial.

• High degree of ownership: Our team is small and that's on purpose. Each one of us owns her/his projects end-to-end.

Application Process

• 15 minute screening call with our Recruiting Lead, Christian.

• 45 minute culture fit conversation with one of our operations team members.

• Trial working day at our office.
