  • Manage relationships with external law firms, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal support.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including commercial, partnership, employee and vendor contracts.
  • Learn through osmosis and collaborate cross-functionally to educate and train teams on legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep the company up-to-date on changing laws, regulations, and industry standards.

About You

  • 2+ years of legal experience within an international and fast paced context, ideally in both law firm and in-house counsel settings.
  • German Second State Exam and ideally admission to the bar.
  • Perfectly fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes in high-stakes situations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in working autonomously and leading legal strategies with limited oversight.
