First Sales Manager

Buena is looking for their first German-speaking Sales Manager to develop and executive the sales playbook of the fastest growing real estate startup in Europe. In your role, you will build relationships with high-value landlords and consult them through the entire sales process, from first meeting to negotiation and signing. You will help educate landlords about the benefits of modern property management at Buena and will often meet clients in-person. We are looking for top 1% talent who are motivated to recruit and lead their own world-class sales team at Buena.

YOUR ROLE:
Build relationships with high-value inbound landlords from first call to negotiations and signing
Become an expert in real estate - and help educate customers about Buena’s unique modern property management service
Work closely with our property managers and the sales team to create and implement appropriate inbound sales strategies and plans
Work internally with the sales, marketing and product teams to create a better service for customers based on feedback you gather

YOU ARE:
Excited about career growth in sales and developing into a Team Lead at Buena
Have previous successful German-speakiing sales experience OR have a strong desire to begin a sales career if you’re new to sales within the tech industry
Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role
Excited to meet customers in-person and doing daily calls with inbound prospects
Have a natural curiosity and takes ownership to learn new things while also proactively seeking regular coaching
