This is a competition - the key chain that lands the hire, wins €10,000*.

Only one person at the time can hold the key. There’s three keys in the game.

A key holder can decide between (1) applying at Buena or (2) passing the key on to a more suitable person.

Once a key is passed on, a 3-day timer starts. Without an application or pass within that time, the key voids.

How to apply as a Venture Builder: Text via WhatsApp. You skip two interviews and directly speak with two Venture Builders.

How to pass the key: Pass the key to the most suitable person you know, enter their contact details, and explain the rules.

*The prize money is split among all members of the winning chain. Payment is made only if the hired person completes the probation period.
